Shipping charges will always be calculated with regard to the shipping address. Only after your login specifying your shipping address, the system will calculate the shipping costs. In any case our shipping rates to US and Europe start from € 20.
We currently ship to the following countries: Europe, United States, South America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, India, Japan, China. Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea
We do not ship to PO boxes, General Delivery/Poste Restante and APO/FPO addresses.
If your address is in a remote area, please contact us before placing your order as extra shipping charges might be applied.
Soon after your order is placed, we will send you an email to confirm that the order has been received and to let you know if your items are in stock.
If your items are in stock, we will ship them in 3/5 days.
However, as all our products are handmade it might happen that the items you have ordered are not in stock. In this case the delivery time could be delayed of 4/5 days.
If you wish to make sure of the availability of a product before you order contact us , mentioning the product code: it’s very important if you’re buying a present and you have a specific deadline.
Returns and Refunds policy
Our return policy applies to all the items in our online catalogue that have not been personalized or made-to-order for you.
When you return you items you have three options:
1. return your purchase in exchange for new items
2. ask for a store credit
3. ask for the reimbursement of the original price.
Please note that we will refund the return shipping charges and the taxes and duties charged by the Italian Customs on return goods only if the items are incorrect or damaged.
In case of reimbursement, we will refund your credit card within 10 days of receiving the items. We’ll notify you of your reimbursement via e-mail once we’ve received and processed the return. If you ask to exchange your item with another piece, we will let you know the availability. The store credit is immediately effective once the return has been processed.

You are not happy with the items you have purchased
Please Contact Us within 3 calendar days of receiving the product, mention your Name, Order Number, the Product Code of the items and clearly describe the problem with your items. We will listen to your motivations and we’ll decide if they’re reasonable enough to proceed with the return procedure. Please note that in case you’ve simply changed your mind on your purchase, without any consistent reason, your refund will include only the item value but it won’t include the outward and return shipping costs.
The items you have received are damaged
1. inspect all deliveries upon arrival, if possible, and make written exceptions on the Delivery Receipt of the damage or any other discrepancy or irregularity.
2. please, always sign the delivery receipt “subject to inspection for concealed damage”.
3. if inspection upon arrival is not possible, please inform immediately the courier of the damage quoting the shipment reference number. You will find the Customer Service contacts of the courier on its website or on the delivery receipt. Please keep the original packing material for a possible inspection.
4. Contact us within 24 hours of merchandise arrival, mentioning your Name, Order Number, the Product Code or description of the damaged items and attaching detailed pictures of the damaged items and of the packing material.
5. do not ship the damaged items back until we give you proper instructions.
In case you have followed the above procedure, of course your refund will include the full payed amount.
The items you have received are incorrect
Please contact us within 3 calendar days of receiving the item, mention your Name, Order Number, the Product Code of the incorrect items and clearly describe the problem with your items. We will give you clear and simple instructions. You may be asked to send us some pictures of the incorrect items.
Please note that no returns will be accepted if not previously agreed upon with us.
Also in this case of course your refund will include the full payed amount.

After we receive your return and confirm that all of the requirements have been met, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. As soon as your return has been accepted we will instruct proceed to issue the corresponding refund to the Credit/ Debit Card you used to place your order or on your paypal account.
The refunded amount will be visible within 24 hours. The actual reimbursement to the Card associated with your PayPal account depends on the Company that issued the card.

Acceptance of orders
